Florida TRAC’s dedicated volunteer team is the backbone of our organization!
YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE HORSE EXPERIENCE, BUT YOU NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE HORSES AND BE ABLE TO COMPLETE TASKS INDEPENDENTLY.
FLORIDA TRAC NEEDS ASSISTANCE 7 DAYS A WEEK AND OPERATES BOTH MORNINGS AND AFTERNOONS. ASSISTANCE IS APPRECIATED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: STABLE MAINTENANCE; HORSE CARE (BATHING, GROOMING, ETC.); PHOTOGRAPHY; GRANT WRITING; ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE.
Parent or legal guardians must fill out the application for children under 18. Volunteers must be 14 years or older. Should your child be younger than 14, experience must be clearly detailed on the Volunteer Application when submitted for consideration. We will be in touch as soon as we receive your application.
